About Benton Elementary School
Benton Elementary is one of six elementary schools in the Marshall County School District with approximately 600 students enrolled. Benton, Kentucky is located in the western region of our state. Much of the success we have had, we attribute to the hard work of our faculty, staff, students, and the cooperation we have received from our parents and community.
We feel that involving students teaches responsibility. Every morning a group of students are responsible for leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
Parent involvement is second to none at Benton Elementary. Without parent volunteers many of our activities could never take place, especially in the Entry Level. In order to keep parents better informed, all information from the school office is sent home only on Tuesdays. Parents know to look for important information such as: the Monthly Calendar of Events, Breakfast and Lunch Menus.
